Lafayette Amateur Hockey Association (L.A.H.A.) objective is to teach sportsmanship and team work, promote fitness, provide a positive atmosphere of learning enhanced family and friend relations, and assist in the development of honest, loyal, and respectful citizens. In order to achieve this objective the league will operate under the rules and regulations of USA Hockey.

L.A.H.A. is a 501 (c) 3 Non Profit Tax-exempt organization that was founded in 1997. It is governed by a set of bylaws that is managed by a volunteer board. Any person interested in active participation to effect the objectives of L.A.H.A. may apply to become a member.
